Qull uses your application to review whether this pilot may fit your family and to contact you about it. Applying does not guarantee a place.

We ask for an adult’s first name and email, country, time zone, an age band and broad practice interests, and availability. Please do not include a child’s full name, date of birth, diagnosis, school, recordings, or medical records.

Netlify receives and retains your form submission with restricted access. An OpenAI automation processes the application details and copies approved fields into a restricted Google Sheet managed by Wasiq at Qull for pilot review. This copy is processed separately after we receive your application. Access is limited to authorized staff and the service providers operating this workflow. These providers may process information outside your country.

Your application is not permission to record your child or train AI models on their speech. Any future session, recording, or research consent will be requested separately before participation.

For this recruitment round, we plan to delete unselected applications from Netlify and our review Sheet within 90 days after selection closes. Service processing logs are subject to the providers’ retention policies. If selected, we will explain the participation and retention terms before you begin. You may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion at any time by emailing wasiqzia18@gmail.com.
